I've finally done a tutorial for the shine effect I've been using lately on my stamps. I really hope you can understand and follow it... It's my first tutorials, so forgive me if it's not that great! :XD:

You can do shine effects like this:



In this tutorial, I assume that you know the basics of photoshop... No GIMP here sorry... I'm just not good with GIMP :XD:
