Great job on the shading and animation. The part where the emote jiggles after the brain is put back in is especially awesome, very nice affect.

I was a little confused at first though. Before I saw the loop entirely, I thought the brain was an eraser. I'd suggest putting some darker pixels in to make a pattern within the brain, so it looks a bit more realistic.
It looked even more like an eraser when the emote scratches itself with the brain. I still don't quite understand that part of the animation.

But overall, awesome emote. :3
The expressions are simple, yet effective, and idea behind it is excellent as well.
